ACUTE INJURY REHABILITATION

Musculoskeletal injuries caused by sports, falls, gym training or every day tasks can cause significant pain and discomfort.

It is wise to seek expert advice about the injury and what you can do to support the recovery process. This is essential in reducing the risk of persistent pain and symptoms. We can help to relieve acute painful and set you up with a management plan for recovery.

POST-OPERATIVE REHABILITATION

Engaging in post-operative rehabilitation is a key component in achieving successful long-term surgical outcomes.

We work closely with you to create a plan to address pain, deficits in range of motion, and strength and refine movement patterns to help you reach your goals. We support your sport, work, or fitness-related goals and facilitate recovery to optimise your participation in meaningful activities.

SPORTS MASSAGE

A sports massage can be extremely beneficial in keeping you on top of your game. A combination of various techniques and deep pressure during our massages are designed to alleviate areas of tension, local or referred pain, and can optimise body alignment and flexibility.

Overall, sports massages can help to maintain your body in an optimum state so that you can participate in your sport or activity in prime condition.

DRY NEEDLING & ACUPUNCTURE

Needling is one of the many modalities within our skillset that works to relieve muscle tension, reduce inflammation, improve blood flow and joint range of motion. It may be an appropriate technique to use if massage or manual therapy is not tolerated during acute periods of injuries.

Ask your physiotherapist whether needling may be beneficial for you
